Role Description
This is a contract role in Syracuse for a Client Specialist, with the opportunity to convert to a permanent position. As a Client Specialist, you will manage client relationships, resolve client inquiries, ensure customer satisfaction, and support the enhancement of customer experiences. The role involves frequent communication with clients, assisting with service-related tasks, and serving as a liaison between the company and its clients.

Qualifications
- 5 years of experience in account management in the Tech industry
- Strong Interpersonal Skills to build and maintain effective client relationships
- Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to prioritize and address Customer Satisfaction and Customer Experience
- Demonstrated proficiency in providing high-quality Customer Service
- Organizational skills and attention to detail for managing multiple tasks simultaneously
- Problem-solving abilities to address and resolve client concerns effectively
- Experience with technology or IT-related industries is a plus
- Relevant qualifications in Business, Communications, or a related field
Job Types: Part-time, Full-time, Contract
Pay: $45-$55 an hour
Location: Hybrid-office role in Syracuse NY preferred; Remote as needed; up to 40% local travel required
