The Role
As a Cybersecurity Intern, you will be part of a 9-week Global Intern program with the Information Security team and support day-to-day security operations. This internship offers hands-on experience in cybersecurity, exposure to real-world security incidents, and the opportunity to contribute to process improvements across key domains. You’ll work closely with experienced engineers and gain insight into how a modern SOC operates.

The Role
As a Cybersecurity Intern, you will be part of a 9-week Global Intern program with the Information Security team and support day-to-day security operations. This internship offers hands-on experience in cybersecurity, exposure to real-world security incidents, and the opportunity to contribute to process improvements across key domains. You’ll work closely with experienced engineers and gain insight into how a modern SOC operates.
How You'll Help Take Us There
Security Operations & Incident Support
- Assist in monitoring and triaging security alerts within the Security Operations Center (SOC).
- Help investigate phishing reports, access escalations, and vulnerability remediation efforts.
- Participate in incident response exercises and contribute to documentation.
- Support overnight/weekend on-call rotations (optional or shadowing basis).
- Help manage inbound security tickets and route them to appropriate teams.
- Maintain and update SOPs and documentation for operational workflows.
- Identify opportunities to improve ticket handling and knowledgebase content.
- Assist with recurring security programs such as access reviews and control assessments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather evidence for audits.
- Help track and report on operational metrics and performance indicators.
- Working towards a degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or related field graduating between December 2026 and May 2027.
- Familiarity with basic security concepts and tools (SIEM, endpoint protection, etc.)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Interest in cloud security (AWS, Azure) and scripting (Python, PowerShell).
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
