Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to assist customers with everyday questions, requests, and service needs. This position provides timely support, communicates information about available products and services, and works with customers to address routine issues in a professional and efficient manner.

The Customer Service Representative will work across a variety of customer-focused activities and coordinate with team members when additional information or assistance is needed.

• Assist customers with questions regarding available products, services, and current offerings
  
• Determine the nature of customer requests and provide appropriate information
  
• Explain product features, service details, policies, and procedures
  
• Help customers understand available options based on their individual questions or needs
  
• Address routine service issues and work toward practical resolutions
  
• Verify information and review relevant details before responding to customer requests
  
• Provide updates regarding pending requests or unresolved questions
  
• Follow up with customers when additional information becomes available
  
• Maintain familiarity with frequently requested products and services
  
• Locate appropriate resources when answers are not immediately available
  
• Refer specialized or complex matters to the appropriate team member
  
• Record relevant details from customer interactions
  
• Update customer information and service records when necessary
  
• Assist with customer inquiries during company programs and scheduled activities
  
• Provide informational materials and other approved resources
  
• Maintain organized customer service materials and resources
  
• Communicate service issues requiring additional attention to internal teams
  
• Work with other departments to obtain information needed to assist customers
  
• Handle multiple requests while maintaining accuracy and professionalism
  
• Complete assigned customer support tasks according to established procedures
  

• High school diploma or equivalent required
  
• Associate’s degree or college coursework in Business, Communications, Hospitality, or a related field preferred
  
• 1 year of customer service, hospitality, retail, client support, or other customer-facing experience preferred
  
• Clear and professional verbal communication skills
  
• Strong listening and interpersonal abilities
  
• Comfortable answering questions and explaining information
  
• Practical problem-solving skills
  
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  
• Ability to organize and prioritize multiple requests
