We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Brand Assistant to support in-person brand promotion, assist with marketing campaigns, and help create positive customer experiences. This position focuses on representing assigned products and services, communicating brand information, and supporting promotional activities designed to increase customer awareness and interest.
The ideal candidate is personable, organized, and eager to develop practical experience in brand representation and promotional marketing. This is an entry-level opportunity that combines hands-on marketing support, direct customer engagement, and product education. Previous experience is not required, as training will be provided to help new team members become familiar with brand guidelines, promotional procedures, and daily responsibilities.
Primary Responsibilities
• Assist with the execution of in-person brand awareness and promotional campaigns.
• Represent assigned brands professionally during customer-facing activities.
• Introduce products and services to prospective customers through direct interactions.
• Communicate key brand messages, product features, and service benefits accurately.
• Support promotional initiatives designed to increase customer interest and brand recognition.
• Assist with preparing and organizing branded marketing materials.

• Ensure brand materials are presented consistently with established guidelines.
• Engage customers in conversations to understand their interests and preferences.
• Provide relevant product information and answer general customer questions.

• Support customer acquisition efforts through professional face-to-face engagement.
• Help interested customers understand available offerings and appropriate next steps.
• Maintain familiarity with assigned brands, product updates, and promotional campaigns.
• Observe customer responses and communicate relevant feedback to team members.
• Assist with monitoring promotional materials and maintaining organized supplies.
• Support daily brand engagement and campaign activity objectives.
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure consistent brand messaging and customer communication.
• Participate in brand training, campaign briefings, and team meetings.
• Follow established procedures for promotional activities and brand representation.
• Complete additional brand promotion and marketing support responsibilities as assigned.
Requirements
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous experience in marketing, promotions, retail, sales, hospitality, or another customer-facing environment preferred but not required.
• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Friendly, confident, and professional approach to customer interactions.
• Ability to communicate brand messages and product information clearly.
