What are the responsibilities and job description for the Bakery Clerk position at Market Square Parking LLC?
Summary
It is the Bakery Clerk’s responsibility to assure that each Guest enjoys a great experience by creating a personalized environment where each Guest is greeted with the utmost courtesy and professionalism. To be personally responsible for all aspects of the Guest experience. Other responsibilities and requirements include, but are not limited to the following:
Responsibilities
- Understand and practice all LFCR policies, procedures and regulations;
- Provide premier customer service, including greeting them and responding to questions;
- Act as a role model to co-workers by displaying a high level of professionalism, honesty and integrity;
- Enhance Guest experience by offering choices and recommendations while providing customers with information needed to make product-related decision;
- Complete knowledge, understanding and competency of our POS system either as Cashier or Server;
- Consistently look your best and have a warm and friendly smile when greeting your Guests;
- Perform all assigned opening and closing duties at the end and startup of shift;
- Maintaining and filling bakery trays, display cases and ingredient bins;
- Upload, organize and restock supplies;
- Package, label and price products for self-service;
- Consistently follow sanitation and safety guidelines;

- Ability to lift and move objects between 15-25 pounds;
