What You’ll Do
As a Mobile Sales Expert, you’ll work inside Target stores to drive sales and create amazing customer experiences by:
- Selling wireless products, accessories, and services.
- Working alongside Target team members to drive results.
- Participating in in-store promotions and events.
- Attending regular training to stay up to date on the latest products.
Training & Development
- Hybrid-style onboarding (in-person and at-home).
- Ongoing training and product knowledge development.
- Coaching and leadership support to help you succeed.
Relationship Building
- Collaborate with Target store teams and leadership.
- Build lasting connections that help you succeed and grow.
Compensation
- $15/hour uncapped commission and bonuses
- Paid weekly (DailyPay also available)
- Flexible work schedules with opportunities for more hours
- part-time roles available
What You Need
- Must be 18 years old
- Able to work weekends
- Must pass a background check
- Reliable transportation is required, as you may be scheduled to work at multiple store locations within your area. You’ll have a designated “home store” but must be flexible to support nearby locations as needed.
Location
In-store at Target - Wilmington – In-person role
While you’ll be based at a primary home store, occasional shifts at nearby Target locations may be required to support team coverage and business needs.
