Duties

- Oversee food preparation, ensuring consistency, quality, and presentation across all dishes served
- Manage inventory control, including ordering, stock rotation, and minimizing waste to optimize food costs
- Coordinate with the catering department to deliver exceptional banquet experiences for events of varying sizes
- Ensure compliance with food safety standards, sanitation regulations, and proper handling procedures at all times
- Supervise shift management, including scheduling staff, monitoring performance, and providing ongoing training in food handling and kitchen operations
- Oversee kitchen operations during service hours, maintaining smooth workflow from prep to plating to ensure timely delivery of orders
- Collaborate with restaurant management on menu planning, special promotions, and customer feedback to continually enhance the dining experience

Qualifications
- Proven experience in fine dining environments with strong banquet and catering background
- Supervising experience in a high-volume restaurant or hospitality setting with team management responsibilities
- Extensive culinary experience with expertise in food production, preparation, and presentation
- Knowledge of food safety standards, dietary accommodations, and kitchen hygiene practices
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop culinary staff
- Excellent organizational skills for inventory management and shift coordination
