DUTIES
As a Cheese Steward Manager some of your responsibilities will include:
Candidates will have an extensive knowledge of a wide variety of hand crafted and artisan cheeses from around the world, superior customer service skills and a strong sales ability including suggestive selling techniques.
Applicants should have open availability and be willing to work evenings and weekends.

As a Cheese Steward Manager some of your responsibilities will include:
- Supervise, schedule, train & evaluate employees
- Manage purchasing, merchandising & expense control
- Assisting customers in selection and recommendations
- Keeping current and continually expanding knowledge of cheese
- Conduct events
- Organizing, stocking and facing of the department
- Monthly & Quarterly inventory
- Checking in deliveries/ logging of all invoices daily
- Enforce company policy & procedures
- General cleaning and maintenance of sales area
