- Cooking and supervising the preparation and cooking of deli dishes
- Assist customers
- Stock products
- Organizing and coordinating with for setting up special in store events
- Taking inventory
- Supervise, schedule, and train employees
- Professional and courteous communications
- Creating and maintaining store records
- Manage purchasing, merchandising and expense control to maximize profits
