The Franklin Market of Choice in Eugene is now hiring for a Bakery Manager! This position starts at $24/hour up to $27.50/hour, depending on experience.
Our bakeries include something for every occasion and every taste, from cakes to doughnuts to bagels. Market bakeries provide homemade baked goods for busy people who crave both freshness and convenience. Bakery staff must be motivated, able to embrace a team environment and have effective communication skills.
DUTIES
Market of Choice employees create a pleasant in-store atmosphere and provide knowledgeable and friendly customer service.
As a Bakery Manager, some of your responsibilities will include:
- Maintaining positive customer relations
- Organization of daily Bakery duties
- Training and development of Bakery employees
- Logging/processing invoices and taking inventory
- Expense control
- General housekeeping
- Wedding cake or other product deliveries (when needed)
- Enforcement of company policies
QUALIFICATIONS
- You must be 18 years or older for this position.
- Must be a strong leader with excellent people skills
- Scratch baking and previous management experience are strongly preferred.
