Administrative Assistant

Market of Choice is hiring for a Full Time Administrative Assistant to join our Market Central Kitchen team! This is a great opportunity to gain entry-level experience in administration. This position starts at $17.50/hour up to $20.00/hour depending on experience.

DUTIES As an Administrative Assistant, some of your responsibilities will include:

• Recruiting, interviewing and assisting in employee selection
• Conducting employee orientations
• Process payroll and attendance
• Perform clerical functions, update records and process paperwork
• Assist with Safety Team meetings
• Data entry of invoices, inventory, shrink, and other data as needed
• Managing personnel files
• Maintaining superior customer relations
• Contributing to the overall operation of the kitchen

The ideal candidate will have basic knowledge and/or experience in interviewing & hiring, general office administration, and basic computer skills.
