What are the responsibilities and job description for the Customer Service/Office Coordinator position at Market Makers?
About Market Makers
Market Makers is a well-established sales and service agency with over 40 years of experience in the Northeast. We work with a large number of manufacturers, placing their products in retail stores across the hardware channel. From initial placement to ongoing in-store support and customer service, we are committed to building and maintaining strong relationships with our customers, distributors, and their distributor salespeople.
Unlike many agencies, we don’t rely on big-box retailers. We are one of the few agencies that extends full sales, merchandising, and support to customers at every level — a distinction that has made us highly regarded by the factories we represent and the customers we serve.
