Job Overview:
We are looking for a friendly and reliable Server/Cashier to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers, ensuring a positive experience by providing excellent service, accurate order-taking, and maintaining a clean dining environment.
Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and take food and beverage orders promptly
- Process payments accurately using POS system (cash, card, etc.)
- Call out and organize food orders for pickup
- Assist in maintaining cleanliness of the dining area, including wiping tables and restocking supplies
- Provide helpful and friendly customer service at all times
- Work collaboratively with kitchen and team members to ensure smooth operations
Qualifications:
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Basic math and cash-handling skills
- Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented
- Previous experience is a plus, but not required
Schedule:
