Role Description
This is a part-time, on-site role that will grow into a full time Marketing Assistant position. We have residential development sites in neighboring counties with our main office located in Shelby, NC. The role involves developing a full time in house marketing department with tasks such as conducting market research, providing customer service, and assisting with sales and marketing initiatives. The Marketing Assistant will also be responsible for communicating with clients, preparing marketing materials, and contributing to campaigns that align with business goals.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and customer service skills to effectively interact with clients and team members
- Experience in market research with a strong back ground in social media.
- Knowledge of sales and sales marketing practices
- Detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple tasks
- Proficiency in office and marketing tools, such as Microsoft Office and social media platforms
- Previous experience in real estate or a related field is preferred but not required
- Willingness to work on-site at 100 TR Harris Dr. in Shelby, NC
