Job Summary:

- Analyze and interpret insurance documents and update information to a proprietary computer system
- Perform within strict guidelines while maintaining high standards of accuracy and productivity
- Be part of a team responsible for overall service level standards
Qualifications:
- Excellent data entry skills – minimum of 45 WPM
- Demonstrate essential cognitive skills by passing required assessment
- Ability to remain focused with attention to detail for entire shift
Education/Experience:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- One-year prior experience in a fast-paced production environment preferred
- Previous insurance experience beneficial, especially auto insurance
