Part Time Tasting Room Associate

Marked Tree Vineyard is a family owned winery located on the Continental Divide in Flat Rock, NC. Our award-winning wines are all estate grown and our vibe is modern, clean, and sophisticated.

• Prior restaurant/wine sales experience is preferred.
• You are available to work weekends and special events..
• The ability to effectively present both yourself, the brand, and sell wine.
• Can learn about our wines and act as an informed resource for our consumers.
• Is able to effectively promote the wine club and recruit wine club members.
• Can tackle all the duties normally associated with tasting room operations; additional duties on the property include setup/serving/breakdown of weddings and events.

Applicants must:

• Be least 21 years old.
• Have a valid Driver’s License.
• Be able to lift 50 lbs.
• Be able to stand for extended periods of time.
• Pass a drug screen and background check.
• Preferably have knowledge/experience with POS systems.

This position will initially be for 2-4 days per week, and applicants must have weekend, weekday, and holiday availability and be willing to work extended hours including evenings as necessary. This position offers the opportunity to transition into a full-time role based on performance.
