Job Description:
TaxPilot is seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Administrative Assistant to support our team during the busy tax season. This is a temporary, part-time position for approximately 3 weeks, with the potential to extend beyond April 15th and transition into a regular part-time role for the right candidate.

Responsibilities:

  • Process incoming tax documents
  • Assemble outgoing tax returns
  • Contact clients to schedule and confirm document pickup
  • Scan, organize, and maintain digital records
  • Provide general administrative support as needed

Schedule:

  • Approximately 3–4 hours per day
  • Hours may increase as workload grows closer to April 15th
  • Immediate start preferred (ideally next week)

Qualifications:

  • Strong attention to detail
  • Prior administrative or office experience preferred
  • Comfortable using computers and general office software
  • Reliable, mature, and able to work independently
  • Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism
