About The Opportunity

We’re looking for a highly creative, data-driven Growth Marketing Manager to take Markable’s social presence from level 1 to level 10. This is a growth ownership role, not a “social media” job.

At Markable AI, we power $1bn in annual creator sales with a lean team of ~30. We build AI systems that help creators 5–10x affiliate income and scale like real businesses.

We’re looking for someone who wants to join own our growth team like it’s their own startup.

You will own the full stack of organic growth:

• Social strategy
• Content engine
• Growth experimentation
• Funnel automation
• Your work will directly tie to creator acquisition and top-line growth. 

What You’ll Build

 1. A Category-Defining Social Presence

• Architect organic and paid strategy across Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn
• Turn Markable into a must-follow voice in the creator economy through generating interview content that we can distribute on LI, YT Shorts, and IG
• Build a scalable short-form video engine (hooks → tests → iteration → scale)
• Implement AI-driven content workflows to outproduce competitors

 2. A Relentless Growth Lab

• Run weekly experiments across hooks, formats, CTAs, distribution
• Build viral loops and referral mechanics
• Identify breakout content early and double down
• Optimize for CAC, conversion rates, and funnel efficiency

 3. A Revenue-Generating Funnel

• Build lead magnets creators actually want
• Automate onboarding and education sequences
• Turn social attention into product adoption
• Tie campaigns to measurable revenue impact

What Success Looks Like

Within 6–12 months:

• Social becomes a primary inbound growth channel
• Organic creator signups materially increase
• Email funnel converts at industry-leading rates
• Growth experiments are running continuously
• Revenue attribution clearly connects to your initiatives

Who we’re looking for 

• A growth marketer who thinks like a founder
• A creator who understands algorithms deeply
• A scrappy operator who has built something from zero
• Someone who moves fast and figures things out

Minimum:

• 2- 5 years in growth, social, and digital marketing
• Experience in creator economy
• Proof you’ve scaled something meaningful
• Experience building automated email funnels
• Strong copy and writing skills
• Data-driven but execution-biased

Bonus:

• Experience in affiliate performance and/or AI tools
• Thrive in high-autonomy, high-accountability environments

Compensation: $80,000-90,000 base performance-based annual bonus tied to growth metrics

Worksite Location: Hybrid, 2-3 days in our Bellevue Washington office
