Position OverviewWe are seeking a Content Creator Specialist to support our brand and storytelling efforts on an part-time basis. This role is ideal for a creative professional who is humble, hungry, and smart—someone who takes pride in capturing authentic moments, works well with all levels of an organization, and understands how to turn real-world work into compelling visual content.
This position will focus on capturing photo and video content at active job sites, company events, and during internal communications, including following our CEO while he engages with employees in workshops and meetings. Content will be used across our social media platforms and marketing channels.
Business outcomes:
1. Publish 1 long-form YouTube video/month
2. Repurpose into 5-10 shorts/month across YouTube Shorts, IG Reels, TikTok, LinkedIn
3. Increase channel views 50% in 90 days
4. Grow email list 100/month via content CTAs
5. Success condition: Founder spends 30 minutes on content and shows up as the talent.
Role scope (typical “Content Manager” stack):
1. Plan content calendar, research hooks, write outlines
2. Film & direct (or coordinate with shooter), capture B‑roll
3. Edit long-form shorts, design thumbnails, write titles/descriptions
4. Post natively (they post for you)
5. CTAs on all content with UTM tracking links
6. Own basic analytics and weekly reporting
7. Manage contractors as you scale (thumbnail artist, captioner) as needed
8. Capture founder frameworks, quotes, metaphors into reusable assets

7. Maintain and manage video, photo, and drone equipment
8. Ensure all content is captured safely and in compliance with job-site safety standards
