We're looking for a friendly and organized Dental Assistant to work in our dental office. You will perform various technical tasks to help dentists provide services and patient care. Responsibilities include technical tasks like taking x-rays and preparing materials for dental procedures, along with administrative duties, like scheduling appointments and processing payments. The ideal candidate will have good technical skills and excellent communication skills (for interacting with patients). The goal is to support the dental team to deliver quality care in a professional way.
Responsibilities:
- Assist dentist during dental procedures and in delivering patient care.
- Explain treatments, perform tasks according to dentist's instructions and assist patients in their comfort.
- Maintain dental instruments and equipment, sterilize, disinfect and store them properly.
- Create filling trays and make impressions of patient's teeth.
- Provide oral hygiene instruction to patients.
- Provide support and assistance to dentist during surgery process.
- Prepare patients for radiography or other imaging techniques.
- Experience not required.

Pay: $21.01 - $21.89 per hour
