Roles & Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary liaison between customers and service technicians, providing support on product and service issues.
- Effectively route technicians to service calls and manage their schedules to ensure maximum efficiency.
- Routinely monitor the dispatch board and open ticket reports to address pending and ready-to-dispatch service calls.
- Proactively follow up on service calls and warranty work to ensure customer problems are fully resolved.
- Generate repair quotes for customers and ensure all necessary actions are taken to resolve concerns.
- Effectively organize activities to accomplish daily tasks.
- Perform follow-ups and coordinate warranty work.
- Ability to work a rotating weekend schedule to provide continuous customer support.
- Other duties as assigned.
Education & Experience
- High School Graduate.
- Customer Service experience.
- Ability to speak French Canadian.
- Proficient in MS Office products (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- SAP preferred but not required.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to read and comprehend documents and simple instructions.
- Must be able to actively listen and comprehend verbal conversations for extended periods of time.
- Ability to interpret an extensive variety of instructions and take appropriate measures to problem solve.
- Uncompromising integrity and professionalism, with accountability and reliability under pressure to meet deadlines.
