We are seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant to join our team at Mark Twain Medical Center. This is an 8-hour day shift, every other weekend, first to float position.
Job Description:
The successful candidate will work under the supervision of a licensed physical therapist to provide patient care in various settings. Key responsibilities include:
- Assisting with exercises and activities prescribed by the physical therapist
- Maintaining accurate records of patient progress
- Collaborating with healthcare teams to develop and implement treatment plans
Requirements:
- Degree from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
- Current licensure as a PTA in California
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
