Tuesday–Friday, 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM
(Enjoy a three‑day weekend every week)
About the Role
We are seeking a dependable and detail‑oriented Wood Manufacturer to join our production team. You will operate woodworking machinery, cut and shape wooden components, and assemble products while following quality and safety standards.
Responsibilities
- Operate woodworking tools and machinery, including saws, nail guns, and power tools
- Cut, shape, and prepare wood materials based on measurements and specifications
- Assemble wooden components and finished products
- Inspect materials and completed items for accuracy and quality
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals
Qualifications
- Proficiency with hand tools and power tools
- Ability to follow measurements, instructions, and basic drawings
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Good communication skills and willingness to be a team player
- Ability to lift materials and perform physical tasks as needed
Pay & Benefits
- Starting Pay: $16–$18 per hour
- 30‑Day Evaluation: Potential pay increase
- 90‑Day Evaluation: Additional potential pay increase
- After 30 Days: Paid holidays
- After 90 Days: Sick leave eligibility
- After 1 Year: One (1) week paid vacation
