Facilities Site Manager - Hannibal

Mark Twain Behavioral Health is seeking a full-time FACILITIES SITE MANAGER for our HANNIBAL COMMUNICATIONS DRIVE location.  Consider joining our MTBH Team!  This full-time salaried position offers competitive pay and full benefits.  We offer a supportive culture of appreciation and a strong emphasis on the health and well-being of our team.

 Role Responsibilities

• Assist Facilities Director as assigned
• Schedule, arrange, and maintain required documentation of repairs and regular preventative maintenance of agency vehicles, including required activities of reporting on a periodic basis
• Drive vans and vehicles as required
• Assist the Facilities Director in determining costs of needed physical plant changes, vehicle repair/replacement, and grounds maintenance
• Assist the Facilities Director to plan and schedule facility modifications, including cost estimates
• Assist the agency in preparing for periodic site and monitoring visits
• Oversee and/or provide light carpentry, plumbing, painting, electrical work as needed to maintain agency physical plant
• Manage the delivery receiving function, and may assist with shipping function
• Oversee and/or provide preventative maintenance of a variety of facility equipment including HVAC
• Oversee site parking program, including snow removal services and maintain walkways during inclement weather
• Oversee and aid with the cleaning and maintenance of the facility
• Adhere to all client rights, including confidentiality

Adherence to the MTBH Ethical Code of Conduct and all policies is required.

 Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
  
• Minimum of three (3) years of facility maintenance/building operations or related experience
• Class F driver’s license
• Missouri Class E (Chauffeurs) or equivalent IL driver’s license (may be obtained after hire)
• Basic familiarity with motor vehicle mechanical operations and preventative maintenance, and possess skills to provide light carpentry, plumbing, painting, and electrical services
  
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with customer/client focus
• Problem-solving and analysis abilities
• Computer and modern office equipment skills, including ability to type and use computers, laptop, tablet, and other electronic devices for data collection management, and work order communications
• Ability to adapt to programs such as Microsoft Windows programs, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and other specialty software programs as applicable
