RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and maintain customer relationships to drive retention and growth.
- Conduct policy reviews and provide coverage recommendations to customers.
- Oversee the resolution of complex customer issues to ensure an excellent customer experience.
- Use your knowledge of our insurance products to recommend, explain, and sell policies to both cold and warm leads.
- Proactively follow up and identify opportunities to strengthen coverage and meet customer needs.
QUALIFICATIONS
- No experience required—we will train the right person, but you must be eager to learn and improve every day.
- A genuine desire to help people and communicate with empathy and professionalism.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
