Our communities are growing and so are our teams! We’re hiring a Multi-Site Manager of Community Operations (Multi-site Community Manager) at San Artes/San Bellara in Scottsdale, AZ. In this role, you will help keep our communities running smoothly by handling maintenance repairs and contributing to the upkeep of the community, while providing the five-star service that makes Mark-Taylor communities feel like home.

Compensation

  • The anticipated base pay range for this position is $70,000-80,000/year.
  • In addition to your base pay, you will be eligible to receive bonuses based on achievement of operational metrics.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 3 years of Community Manager or Property Manager experience at luxury, Class A assets, preferably in a dual-site or multi-site capacity.
  • 3 years of people management experience.
  • 3 years of operational experience in luxury multifamily, luxury hospitality or luxury retail industries.
  • Active Arizona Real Estate Salesperson License.
  • Demonstrated coaching and development ability.
  • BA degree preferred or equivalent professional experience.
  • Strong time management skills.
  • Excellent communication skills and professional presence.
  • Financial acumen with high proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experience using ResMan is strongly preferred.

In this role, you will:

  • Serve as the “face” of Mark-Taylor’s communities, delivering exceptional experiences to prospective and current residents.
  • Meet or exceed targeted revenue expectations by setting rent rates, managing operating expenses, and diligently monitoring aged delinquency. Prepare and review monthly financial reports with intuitive forecasting and a proactive plan for the financial performance of the asset.
  • Coach, mentor, and inspire a team of administrative and service personnel, coordinating their activities and individual goals through tactical planning.
  • Oversee the hiring process and ongoing employee performance management through courageous conversations and applicable HR processes.
  • Conduct regular property inspections, propose, and own the resolution plan and execution of property enhancements.
  • Ensure comprehensive compliance as it relates to regulations in terms of Fair Housing, Americans with Disabilities Act, Fair Credit Reporting Act, landlord tenant laws and other laws and regulations governing multi-family housing operations.
  • Generate a world-class community experience for residents and fellow employees, taking ownership and pride in the property reflecting Mark-Taylor’s high brand standards for curb appeal, attention to detail, resident experience, and overall culture.
