Role Description
This is a full-time, Real Estate Agent position based in Atlanta, GA. The Real Estate Agent will assist clients in buying, selling, and renting residential properties while building and maintaining strong client relationships. Daily responsibilities include identifying potential buyers and sellers, scheduling property tours, negotiating purchase agreements, and preparing contracts. Agents will also conduct market analysis to provide well-informed insights, ensuring exceptional customer service throughout every stage of the real estate process.
Qualifications
- Active or Soon to Be Real Estate License
- Strong knowledge and experience with Real Estate markets and Real Property
- Proven skills in Sales and Customer Service
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work on-site in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with property transactions and a passion for delivering client satisfaction
