Job Overview
70% of our business is fleet work with specialization in boom/bucket trucks. 30% diverse retail. Looking for an A level technician who is motivated to make money and works well with others. We have amazing long term customers and and a family like team with an average tenure of 6 years but we are expanding our footprint by an additional 6000 sq ft and need to grow our team as well. We have plenty of room for your box and more vehicles than we can handle.

Duties

• Independently diagnose and repair complex automotive problems
• Troubleshoot electrical systems, drivability concerns, and check-engine lights
• Perform engine, transmission, suspension, steering, brake, and A/C repairs
• Diagnose and service a diverse range of vehicles including commercial fleet vehicles and light-duty trucks
• Perform comprehensive vehicle inspections and document findings accurately
• Communicate effectively with service advisors regarding diagnostics, repairs, and recommendations
• Maintain high-quality workmanship while meeting productivity goals
• Assist other technicians with difficult diagnostic issues when needed
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace

Experience

• Minimum 5 years of professional automotive repair experience; 8 years preferred
• Proven A-Level diagnostic and repair abilities
• Strong electrical and drivability diagnostic skills
• Ability to independently diagnose and complete complex repairs
• Experience with domestic and import vehicles
• Experience with commercial fleet vehicles preferred
• ASE certifications preferred but not required
• Hydraulic Boom/Bucket Truck experience useful but not necessary
• Must have own professional automotive tools
• Valid driver's license
• Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and commitment to quality

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $30.00 - $44.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40.0 per week
