Responsibilities
- Leverage state-of the-art and AI assisted technology to support client care
- Welcome patients into the treatment area and make them feel comfortable
- Discuss the dental care plan with patients and answer any questions they have
- Accurately record medical histories
- Perform preliminary exams and collect oral health histories
- Remove plaque and apply fluoride treatments
- Teach good oral hygiene techniques
- Take x-rays
- Assist dentist during procedures and exams
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations and office policies
Requirements:
- Active Virginia Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license
- A willingness to learn and embrace modern technology
- New graduates and experienced hygienists are encouraged to apply
- Strong communication and patient education skills
- Commitment to delivering exceptional, patient-centered care
- Positive attitude and ability to work collaboratively within a team
- Interest in learning and utilizing advanced dental technologies
- Ability to perform comprehensive periodontal assessments and preventive care services

- Dependable, professional, and organized
- Current CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
