Responsibilities
Help our service technicians identify the exact parts needed to get our customers back on the road safely.
Greet customers who visit the counter with a friendly face, answering questions and providing accurate pricing or availability information.
Manage inventory levels by checking in incoming shipments and organizing stock on the shelves.
Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to track down hard-to-find components for specialty repairs.
Maintain a clean and orderly parts department that makes it easy for the whole team to find what they need.
Process invoices and manage daily sales transactions with accuracy and attention to detail.
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent.
Technical knowledge of automotive parts and components.
Familiarity with automotive inventory management software.
Professional communication skills for interacting with technicians and customers.
Valid driver's license.
For insurance purposes, must be 18 years of age with clean driving record.
Previous experience working in a dealership or independent repair shop parts department.
