If you’re detail-obsessed, proactive, and confident in your estimating expertise, you’ll feel right at home here.What You’ll OwnPrepare accurate, comprehensive labor and material estimates for electrical construction projectsAnalyze drawings, specifications, scope, and schedules to ensure complete and competitive bidsSolicit, evaluate, and condition subcontractor and supplier pricingPrice specialty and standard equipment and maintain cost databasesIdentify risks, assumptions, and clarifications—and communicate them clearly to leadershipSupport value engineering and preconstruction pricing effortsCollaborate closely with project teams to ensure smooth handoff from bid to buildWhat You Bring2 years of electrical estimating experience (commercial construction preferred)Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or related field (experience considered in lieu of degree)Strong knowledge of electrical systems, materials, and industry standardsProficiency in Microsoft Office; Trimble Accubid v16 preferredExcellent communication, time management, and analytical skillsA high bar for accuracy, accountability, and continuous improvementWhy Mark OneWe invest in our people—period.
