What You'll Do
As a Business Management Trainee, you will learn the foundations of successful business operations while supporting client growth initiatives through direct customer engagement.
- Represent clients through professional, face-to-face customer interactions.
- Build strong relationships with customers by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Learn and apply consultative sales strategies to drive customer acquisition and retention.
- Assist with daily sales operations, team goals, and client objectives.
- Develop communication, negotiation, and leadership skills through hands-on training.
- Participate in mentorship sessions, team meetings, and professional development workshops.
- Support the training and development of new team members as you progress.
