Compensation & Bonus
- Competitive weekly salary
- 17.5% store profit bonus pool
- Additional 2.5% kicker tied to food variance performance
- 13 bonus periods per year (every 4 weeks)
- General Managers receive 75% of the store bonus pool
- Assistant Managers share the remaining 25%
What You'll Do
- Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team
- Manage the day-to-day operations of a busy Domino's location
- Recruit, hire, and onboard new team members
- Drive sales, profitability, and customer satisfaction
- Manage labor, food cost, inventory, and budgets
- Ensure exceptional product quality and operational standards

- Management experience in restaurants, retail, or another fast-paced environment
