What are the responsibilities and job description for the Express Advisor position at Mark Miller Subaru?
The Express Advisors act as a liaison between our guests and the lube technicians. They ensure a positive customer experience by:
- Promptly greeting people when they pull up to Express
- Performing a vehicle walk-around and asking pertinent questions about their guest's needs
- Communicating with guests about how long their wait will be, and updating as the process goes along
- Explaining the services that have been done
- Advising on recommended service
The Express Advisors make sure the guest feels heard, cared for, and informed.
A good Express Advisor enjoys customer service, problem-solving, and a fast-past environment. They are good communicators who thrive on being busy.
Qualifications:- Customer service experience
- Strong background in service and automotive technology helpful, but not required
- Proactive
- Clear communication, good at explanation
- Work in an environment that frequently experiences extreme hot and cold temperatures, loud noises, and exhaust fumes.
- Must be able to work at a rapid pace on their feet for long periods of time
Salary : $60,000 - $75,000
