What are the responsibilities and job description for the Collision Center Advisor position at Mark Miller Subaru?
Our Mark Miller Bodyshop in Salt Lake City has been providing auto body repair for over 25 years. We are specialists in collision damage, paint, dent and auto body repair. We commit to getting the job done right. Our process involves reviewing the damage on our customer's vehicle, explaining the repair process, and then keeping our customers up to date on their vehicle's work before returning it in a timely and professional manner.
We are currently seeking a full-time experienced Collision Center Estimator at our Midtown location to assist with the following:
- Greet and communicate with Collision Center customers providing superior customer service to determine what their needs are. Document all prior damage unrelated to the work needing to be done. Keep customers updated with the progress of their vehicle.
- Prepare accurate and thorough estimates to provide the technicians with a detailed blueprint of the needed repairs.
- Communicate effectively with insurance companies to ensure they are able to cover customers' work.
- Effectively communicate needs and expectations with Collision Center employees.
- Maintain and finalized repair orders (up to 35 at any given time)
- Monitor quality control of each customer's car and their experience at Mark Miller Collision.
- Friendly, with a love for providing quality customer service
- Great communication skills
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Able to multi-task
- 2 years of experience preferred
Salary : $65,000 - $75,000
