Build Something That Lasts

Mark Maker Company has spent more than 55 years earning a reputation for precision, reliability, and unmatched customer partnership in flexographic printing plates and steel rule dies. Now, we’re bringing that same excellence into a new market – and we’re looking for an Operations Leader who wants to help us to build it from the ground up.

This is not a “keep-the-lights-on” role. This is a launch, lead, and scale opportunity!

If you’re energized by creating structure where none exists yet, leading people through growth, and turning strategy into daily execution, this role was designed for you.

Job Summary

The majority of your time will be spent working directly with customers in production facilities, providing problem-solving support, performing light repairs and ensuring the successful delivery and performance of tooling products. The role will require close coordination with our sales team and our Michigan manufacturing facility to manage production schedules, service needs and customer requirements.

This position is ideal for someone with strong leadership skills, industry experience, mechanical aptitude, customer service skills, and enjoys working hands-on in manufacturing environments.
