Project Manager Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to lead and coordinate multiple projects through all phases of construction projects from pre-construction to turnover. This role requires strong leadership skills with the ability to manage job site managers, budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and client relationships while ensuring each project meets our standards for quality, safety and on time completion. Project Manager Key Responsibilities
· Plan, organize, and management of construction projects.
· Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and scopes of work.
· Oversee and coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams.
· Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, safety, and quality.
· Review and approve change orders, invoices, and other project documentation.
· Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, architects, and engineers.
· Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and company standards.
· Proactively identify and resolve project challenges.
Project Manager Qualifications
· Minimum 5 years of construction project management experience.
· Proven track record managing multiple construction projects
· Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
· Proficiency with project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
· Degrees in Construction Management, Civil Engineering are preferred
Compensation & Benefits
· Salary: From $80,000/year and up based on experience
