The Role
We’re looking for a Construction Superintendent/ Job Site Manager to take charge of on-site operations, lead subcontractors, and ensure projects run safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.
What You’ll Do
· Lead daily site operations and subcontractor coordination
· Maintain project schedules and safety compliance
· Oversee quality assurance and inspections
· Work closely with Project Managers to hit milestones
What You Bring
· 6 years of construction experience, including 3 years in a superintendent or foreman role
· Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
· Proven ability to manage fast-paced, high-stakes projects
