Job Responsibilities
- Diagnose and perform roofing repairs efficiently and professionally.
- Identify problems and develop effective repair solutions.
- Work independently, manage daily tasks, and take initiative without constant supervision.
- Communicate professionally with homeowners regarding repairs, findings, and job progress.
- Maintain accurate job documentation, including photos and notes, using company software.
- Ensure work is completed safely and meets company quality standards.
- Maintain an organized, clean, and properly stocked company vehicle.
- Be available for occasional evening work and overtime as needed.
Qualifications
- Roofing repair experience preferred.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and make sound decisions in the field.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Basic computer and smartphone proficiency.
- Valid Florida driver's license required.
- Clean driving record for the past 3 years required.
- Dependable, punctual, and professional.
Compensation & Benefits
- Pay: $26.00 per hour
- Job Type: Full-Time
- Schedule: Monday through Friday
