Automotive Technician – Mark Jacobson Toyota

Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and repair most vehicle components per dealer and factory standards
• Perform work efficiently and accurately per repair orders
• Communicate with parts department and service advisors regarding customer needs
• Execute warranty repairs according to manufacturer specifications
• Document all work and recommendations accurately
• Mentor apprentice technicians as assigned
• Stay current on manufacturer technical bulletins and Toyota training

Qualifications:

• 4 years automotive technician experience (Toyota preferred)
• ASE and/or Toyota certifications ideal
• Strong mechanical and troubleshooting skills
• Valid driver’s license, background check & drug screen required
• Team player with excellent customer service and communication skills
• Comfortable with computers and electronic diagnostic tools
