Responsibilities

- Manage multiple cases simultaneously, ensuring timely updates and adherence to program objectives.
- Collaborate closely with individuals, families, caregivers, and service providers to build strong relationships and coordinate care effectively.
- Supervise and mentor junior staff or case workers, providing guidance on best practices in social work and behavioral health interventions.
- Oversee program implementation, ensuring services are delivered efficiently within budgetary constraints.
- Maintain accurate administrative records, including documentation of services provided, progress notes, and compliance reports.
- Monitor program outcomes and adjust strategies as needed to improve quality of care and client satisfaction.
Experience
- Proven management experience in social work, program development or related fields involving working with individuals with developmental disabilities or behavioral health needs.
- Demonstrated success in developing and managing programs that support community integration and independence for diverse populations.
- Supervisory experience supervising staff or teams within a social services or behavioral health setting.
- Strong relationship management skills to foster trust with clients, families, community partners, and stakeholders.
- Extensive administrative experience including budgeting, documentation, compliance reporting, and record keeping.
- Knowledge of best practices in behavioral health interventions and social work principles.
