Our Service Department is growing with new business in our NEW SHOP with A/C, large fans, and high-speed doors! We are now hiring for Express/Tire Technicians immediately, with the opportunity to get Ford Certified and grow in-house. With an hourly with bonus for FRHs pay plan, you have the opportunity to grow your pay rapidly. Our mobile tech. will have state of the art van with all the latest and greatest. This area is growing rapidly so were looking for the right candidate with good people skills and the ability to see the future growth.
Tire Technician - Job Responsibilities:
- Perform work specified on maintenance and repair orders with efficiency and in accordance with dealership standards
- Provide labor and time estimates for any additional repairs required
- Explain mechanical diagnoses and required repairs in a non-technical manner to service advisors and customers
- Inspect vehicles and record findings so that necessary repairs can be made
Tire Technician - Requirements:
- Valid driver's license
- Team oriented, flexible and focused on maintaining a high level of customer service
- Must be willing to pass a background check, DMV screen, and drug screen prior to employment
- Ford experience and certifications preferred, not required.
