$45,000 - $50,000 yearly
Responsibilities:- Back up all computers to make sure our files are saved in case the system crashes
- Install all new technology for the company, including computer operating systems, software programs and applications, new desktops, and other computer hardware
- Perform regular maintenance for our phone systems, computer systems, computers, printers, network systems, and any other technical equipment
- Help our staff solve technology-related problems so they can work efficiently
- Secure all computer systems and run regular checks to protect our business from cyber security threats
- Procurement of technical hardware
- Build custom solutions to business problems
- Expert-level Microsoft Office skills
- At least two years experience in a professional IT work environment
- High school diploma required, associate's degree in computer science or information technology preferred
- Superb organizational, time management, and communication skills
- Knowledge of Salesforce development needed
- Knowledge of Python needed
- Knowledge of Google Workspace ecosystem a plus
