Position Overview
Mark Dietel Realty is seeking a driven, business-minded Real Estate Agent / Realtor to join our high-volume sales team. This position is explicitly structured for professionals who already hold an active Indiana real estate license, or proactive students currently enrolled in real estate school who are on track to receive their license shortly.

Real Estate Agent / Realtor Key Responsibilities
- Inbound Lead Conversion: Proactively manage, follow up with, and convert a consistent pipeline of high-intent, team-provided buyer and seller leads throughout Central Indiana.
- Client Advisory Consultations: Set, prepare for, and conduct strategic Buyer and Seller Consultation Appointments to analyze client goals, assess financial parameters, and establish representation agreements.
- Market Navigation & Showings: Conduct deep neighborhood market research, preview active local inventory, and guide clients through target property walkthroughs.
- Contract Negotiation: Draft, present, and negotiate purchase agreements, counter-offers, inspection responses, and closing documentation to securely protect client interests.
- CRM Database Stewardship: Maintain disciplined pipeline tracking inside the team CRM tracking systems to manage active prospects and nurture long-term client referrals.
- Community Advocacy: Act as a localized real estate expert, providing accurate housing data, market trends, and regional analysis to your clients.
Real Estate Agent / Realtor Qualifications & Candidate Requirements
- Licensure Status: Must hold an active Indiana Real Estate License, a referral license, OR be currently enrolled in an accredited Indiana real estate pre-licensing course with a clear track to completion.
- Geographic Alignment: Applicants must currently reside in and desire to actively work within the Central Indiana region.
- Communication Mastery: High level of social stamina with exceptional verbal and written interpersonal communication habits.
- Technical Aptitude: Basic familiarity or comfort working with digital databases, modern CRMs, email tracking platforms, and localized MLS networks.
- Education: High school graduate, GED equivalent, or higher.
