This role is responsible for developing and implementing operation guidelines and ensuring compliance with all operation policies and procedures as stated by contractual agreements, as well as managing the records and archives associated with the corporate governance.

This role is responsible for developing and implementing operation guidelines and ensuring compliance with all operation policies and procedures as stated by contractual agreements, as well as managing the records and archives associated with the corporate governance.
Accountabilities:
- Management and oversight of our registered agent provider and state filings for all US businesses. .
- Maintenance of Officer & Director and Stock Registries for all US businesses.
- Administration of digital platforms and support.
- Manage records and archives in an efficient manner for several different corporate entities.
- Submission of all commercial registrations and DBA forms.
- Creation and submission of quarterly Census Bureau reports.
- Timely creation and submission of all state and federal filings.
- Efficient upkeep of records.
- All state and some federal business filings.
- The registered agent provider business relationship.
- Efficiency of record and archive management.
- Activities and behaviors that are not consistent with internal guidelines.
- Mark Anthony Brewing, American Vintage Beverage, MAS Next Generation Beverage Co., and Mark Anthony Brands
- Compliance and Finance team as needed.
- 1-3 years in corporate governance, compliance, or government affairs.
- Strong understanding of corporate governance and related business law.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
