Fermentation & Brewhouse Operations Associate

Mark Anthony Brewing—the team behind White Claw® Hard Seltzer and Mike’s Hard Lemonade®—is growing. We’re hiring motivated early‑career talent to help run our cutting‑edge, automated brewhouse and fermentation systems.

• Operate, monitor, and adjust automated brewhouse/fermentation equipment to achieve quality, safety, and throughput targets.
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues quickly to minimize downtime.
• Analyze production data in Excel and plant systems; surface insights and propose improvements.
• Maintain sanitary, audit‑ready work areas while upholding all safety protocols.
• Verify product quality against internal standards before release.

• An associate degree or higher (preferred disciplines: food science, engineering, chemistry, biology, mathematics—but all degrees are encouraged to apply).
• Foundational data analysis skills; familiarity with Excel or similar tools.
• Enthusiasm for hands‑on work with processing equipment and software‑driven systems.
• A team mindset, strong communication, and attention to detail.
