As a Brewing Operator, you’ll play a key role in crafting beverages people love. Your responsibilities will include:
- Operating and monitoring brewing equipment to ensure quality production.
- Troubleshooting and solving technical issues
- Collaborating with teammates to uphold safety and cleanliness standards.
- Using data analysis skills to track production metrics, identify trends, and suggest improvements.
- Ensuring all beverages meet our high-quality standards.
Role
We’re looking for enthusiastic team players who are ready to roll up their sleeves and learn. You’ll thrive in this role if you:
- Earned anassociate degree or higher(preferably in a related field like food science, engineering, chemistry, biology, or mathematics — but all degrees are welcome!).
- Have basic data analysis skills and are comfortable working with production data (experience with Excel or similar tools is a plus!).
- Are excited to work hands-on with brewing equipment.
- Enjoy using computer systems and state of the art technology to monitor processes and solve problems.
