This role is responsible for commercialization across two or more MABI sales regions. The Sr. Manager, Regional Marketing will be pivotal to the regional planning process through A&P planning, sponsorships/events & media strategy and through championing Brand standards and national campaigns to the regional marketing team, distributors, and field sales function.
Accountabilities:
- Oversee all US region specific marketing programs, including adapting and adopting US playbook for local markets, performance reporting, and agency roster management.

- Regional A&P Guidelines in collaboration with sales

Qualification, Education, & Experience:
- Bachelor's Degree & 6-8 years of experience in Marketing in Alc/Bev or CPG.
- Extensive experience with 360 Marketing- Regional Media Planning, A&P Planning, agency management, retail and Events & Sponsorships
Compensation:
Compensation offered to prospective Team Members has taken internal equity into consideration and can vary depending on a positions’ location. The final agreed upon wage may vary based on the job-related knowledge, skills, and experience of the individual.
