WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Connect with prospective and existing customers to identify life insurance needs.
- Develop leads, schedule appointments, and follow up consistently.
- Educate customers on life insurance options and available coverage.
- Recommend appropriate products based on each customer's needs and goals.
- Build lasting customer relationships through consultative, needs-based sales.
- Identify opportunities to expand customer relationships and generate new business.

- Maintain accurate customer records and provide professional customer service.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Active Life & Health insurance license required.
- Previous insurance or life insurance sales experience preferred.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Comfortable initiating conversations, discussing coverage, and asking for the sale.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and driven to achieve results.
- Organized, dependable, and consistent with follow-up.
