Our daily goal is to be as productive and efficient as possible with the least amount of stress. $60,000 is our introductory annual salary for this position. Annual salary can significantly increase based on experience and consistently achieving our daily goal.
Duties
- Oversee office operations and ensure efficiency
- Coordinate and schedule appointments and meetings
- Manage office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
- Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner
- Assist in event planning and coordination
- Utilize QuickBooks for financial record keeping
- Maintain phone systems and ensure proper phone etiquette
Skills
- Strong administrative skills
